Job Description
  • They will take customer calls, questions, orders, have to verify insurance as well as handle all orders coming in thru the fax
  • COMPANY OVERVIEW: Respiratory Therapy/DME Company that was established in 1991 and are regional providers for Medicare, Medicare and most Private Insurance plans
  • For over 20 years, Respitec has been serving the home medical needs of Central Florida patients. With three offices in Longwood, Kissimmee and Lecanto-Inverness, we are positioned to conveniently serve you
  • We are one of the largest independent providers in Central Florida. We are big enough to provide a vast range of products and services, but being locally owned and operated has allowed us to offer personal care to our patients


Qualifications

At least one year of DME CSR experience

at least 4-5 years overall Csr experince (however the more seasoned the better)

at least 1.5-two years of insurance verification 

experience in reordering supplies, insurance questions, troubleshooting

High call volume, roughly 500 calls split between 4 people (must have handled at least 75 calls per day in the past)

Also will handle the orders coming thru fax, processing them etc.
