We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
