Client Executive - Army/MDA

Your Impact

As a Client Executive, you will own the overall client relationship, revenue performance, and growth strategy across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Acting as the single point of accountability for OpenText within the account, you will engage C-suite executives, align business priorities with OpenText solutions, and develop long-term strategies that maximize client value and business outcomes.

You will develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align OpenText solutions with client business objectives while driving revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and long-term account expansion. As the primary executive contact, you will build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, understand organizational priorities, and identify opportunities to expand OpenText's footprint across the enterprise.

You will orchestrate a cross-functional team of sales specialists, Client Success, Professional Services, and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes. By leading opportunity strategy, deal governance, and executive engagement, you will help clients accelerate transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

You will also oversee pipeline management, account reviews, commercial negotiations, and success planning. Through a disciplined approach to account management and collaboration, you will help clients maximize the value of their OpenText investment while delivering consistent business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive sustained account growth.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Completed post-secondary education and a passion for continuous learning.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $160,000- $195,000 plus commissions; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
