How you create impact

Serve as the transportation solution and pricing authority in customer discussions, and executive reviews

Customer Solutions & Value Proposition

Act as a key customer partner and solution expert with strong commercial and analytical credibility

Quantify solution value through cost-to-serve, network analysis and service-level impact, while following customer specific pricing templates (as applicable)

Serve as primary solution contact for internal business development lead, working directly with customers from concept development through pricing sign-off and operational handover

Compare cost, emissions, and timeline impact of different solutions for diesel versus alternative fuel options (RNG, BEV, etc.), when appropriate

Tender, RFP & Pricing Leadership

Lead transportation solution design for complex tenders with a strong focus on parcel, LTL, FTL and shuttle pricing and implementation (existing and future business)

Build and validate transportation cost models, including zone-based parcel rate cards, LTL class-based pricing, FTL, shuttle operations, including minimums and accessorial logic

Perform lane-, shipment-, and SKU-level pricing analysis to ensure rate accuracy and margin integrity

Partner with Operations, Commercial, IT and Finance teams during RFPs to align pricing strategy, assumptions, and risk mitigation

Lead internal and external presentations to explain the benefits and value of the proposed solution

Review and validate parcel and LTL rate uploads, contract logic, and pricing rule execution in the TMS

Participate and contribute to business unit strategies, ensuring department product offering and solutions are aligned with market needs

Network Design, Cost Modeling & Optimization

Design and optimize zone-skipping, pool points, consolidation, and shuttle networks using network modeling and simulation techniques

Analyze parcel and LTL density, weight breaks, dimensional impacts, and service commitments to optimize cost and performance

Ensure integration between inbound, fulfillment, and outbound flows with pricing consistency across modes, by ensuring adherence to tariffs and contractual agreements

Drive continuous optimization initiatives using KPIs, variance analysis, and post-implementation performance reviews

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or contract logistics, with deep exposure to data-driven solution design, pricing and realization
