Familiarity with relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL), version control systems (such as Git), and deployment tools is essential, and certifications in Python or Django can be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help developers collaborate and deliver robust solutions efficiently.
