A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced, hard-working Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR to join their growing team in CAPERTINO CA

The Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR serves as a resource to the multi-disciplinary therapy staff and collaborates with patients and families to implement rehabilitation plans.

Job Description
  • Full-time in a skilled nursing facility
  • Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.
  • Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.
Qualifications
  • Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to manage a skilled nursing facility
  • Required to be a licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California and would prefer a PT/ OT/SLP to have management experience
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility
