Position Description

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations and administrative details of the regional office. This includes financial accountability for profit and loss as well as projects within the region, and focused growth within our core strategic service lines.

Position Essential Job Functions Operations & Administration
  • Responsible for overall operations and administrative details of a regional office, including yearly planning and budgeting
  • Incorporate corporate policies and procedures for consistency within the company
  • Responsible for financial accountability for profit and loss of office and projects within region
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, etc. in order to network and maintain updated market intelligence
  • Coordinate and support strategic service line projects within region
  • Manage and direct work of office support staff
Business Development & Client Management
  • Identify and develop opportunities to market services to both new and existing clients
  • Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals and job estimates
  • Analyze existing and anticipated client requirements and inform clients of Global’s available services
  • Participate in the preparation of sales, business, capture and development plans
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with prospective companies
  • Coordinate with other divisions/departments/regions in the development of competitive proposals
Qualifications Education

AA Degree, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience
  • 10+ years experience in the inland and offshore diving services market
  • Experience in the maritime or construction industry required
  • Experience identifying/preparing/selling deals from $500K-$10M
Knowledge/Skills
  • Knowledge of standard dive practices and regulations
  • Advanced client management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Compensation and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is:
    • $149,712 - $166,346 per year
  • Actual base compensation offered will be determined based on multiple factors, including relevant skills and experience.
