Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Position Summary

Diversatek is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and ensure orders are shipped and received accurately and on time. This role is a great fit for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in supply chain or operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process shipping and receiving transactions using our ERP system (Infor SyteLine)
  • Create and manage pick lists, track inventory, and help ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
  • Prepare shipping documents (packing slips, freight paperwork, international orders)
  • Verify accuracy of items, quantities, and documentation before shipment
  • Coordinate with teams (Customer Service, Purchasing, Production) to meet daily shipping and
    receiving priorities
  • Help maintain organized warehouse spaces and support inventory counts
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate updates to the team

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (recent grads encouraged)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Good communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Active warehouse setting (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $27-$33 per hour, based on education, experience, and demonstrated proficiency with Infor SyteLine or equivalent and shipping/receiving coordination in a regulated environment
