Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 base + bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress within the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Recruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendants in the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis for the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Create procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback in the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization within the Fort Worth, TX district
  • Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hours in the Fort Worth, TX district
