We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven District Sales Manager to help grow our market presence, support our distributor network, and drive sales across an assigned territory. Position Summary

The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Snap-tite product lines within an assigned territory. This role develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, dealers, fire departments, and key decision-makers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the success of the distributor sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals and increase product placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, fire departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Distributor Sales Representatives to maximize performance and business growth.
