This position is responsible for managing and building business relationships through a consultative approach with our distributor customers and their clients in order to achieve sales goals. Ensures that systems and processes are in place to meet the needs of external and internal customers. The position compliments the Sales Team in an effort to sell more doors through high quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
•    In this role you will be responsible for entering estimates into our estimating systems, updating existing estimates, and coordinating with our customers to ensure that the appropriate product is being specified and quoted.
•    To ensure success in this role, you should display organizational skills and be able to multi-task while working within our systems. Attention to detail is important.
•    Estimates/quotes projects.
•    Ability to multi-task on different projects that need estimates entered.
•    Work independently to achieve daily benchmarks.
•    Fills in for Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
•    Performs duties as assigned by supervisor.

•    A minimum of 2 years of customer service/inside sales experience.
•    Excellent communication skills. both in email and phone calls.
•    General knowledge with CE, Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
•    Sales experience strongly preferred.
•    Fluent computer skills
•    Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Role may require more than 40 hours per week but is eligible for overtime pay.
