What is a distributor sales development manager?

A Distributor Sales Development Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with distribution partners to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. They identify opportunities for expanding product reach, coordinate sales strategies, and provide training and support to distributor teams. Their role often involves analyzing sales data, setting performance goals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize market potential. This position is key in ensuring that products are effectively represented and sold through distributor channels.

How does a distributor sales development manager typically collaborate with distributor partners to drive sales growth?
