Sales Manager

Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday โ€“ Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Salary: $40,000 โ€“ $60,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

Security Data Supply, a fast-growing distributor in the Low Voltage Security industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead sales efforts at our Spokane location. Weโ€™re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, driven to exceed sales goals, and eager to grow with a company that values expertise and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
  • Develop deep product knowledge in the low voltage security space (training provided).
  • Partner with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to clients and coworkers.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and learn internal software systems (training provided).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience in distribution or the low voltage/security industry (a plus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
