This role combines hands-on coaching, performance leadership, talent development, and strategic business partnership. You'll work closely with organizational leaders to accelerate associate readiness, improve performance outcomes, and create a culture centered on accountability, growth, and sales excellence.

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Associates, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.

  • Manage and support approximately 8-15 associates as they progress through the sales development journey.

  • Conduct coaching sessions, call reviews, shadowing activities, role plays, and career development conversations.

  • Drive associate readiness, performance, and progression through established development milestones.

  • Partner with sales leaders and business stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational objectives.

  • Analyze activity, conversion, and productivity data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Create and optimize reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement tools.

  • Support performance improvement initiatives through coaching, accountability, and development planning.

  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of sales development programs, processes, and training strategies.

Required Experience

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, sales leadership, or a related field.

  • Proven success coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.

  • Experience leading teams and driving performance improvement.

  • Strong background in business development, prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable coaching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, staffing, sales development, inside sales, or related industries preferred.
