Job Title: Business Development Manager

Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and PM, to align efforts and ensure client requirements are met. Also to develop go-to-market strategies for MSI commercial desktop Products and Services.
  • Proactively identifies and pursue sales opportunities and target right clients in various vertical markets.
  • Focuses to develop MSI relationships and engagement within all levels of the assigned account base.
  • Executes a business plan focused on driving unit/revenue growth and measurement against defined targets for the assigned account base.
  • Maintains multiple contacts within customer organization, providing routine communication about MSI commercial desktop products, programs, offers, and promotions.
  • Travels to various customer locations to conduct face-to-face trainings and meetings to further develop MSI commercial business.
  • Attending commercial event/exhibitions to showcase MSI solutions to increase the exposure and collect leads.
  • Weekly, routine onsite engagement to drive awareness and visibility for both short-term & long-term sales opportunities/pipeline.

What you will NEED:

  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the commercial desktop market, including competitor products, trends, and customer buying patterns and marketing techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Sales and Negotiation: A proven track record of sales success and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels both with customers, and internally at MSI.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Named Account relationships and knowledge of the commercial system integrator is a plus.
  • Business plan development and execution.
  • Demonstrated quota achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Distribution/Reseller Channels and End Customers.
  • Technical proficiency in Computer Hardware/IT environments.
  • Proven ability to sell in a complex and dynamic situations.
  • Passionate, dedication, accountability, aggressiveness is preferred.
