******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies will not be accepted for this position.****** We are seeking a Manager, Development and Construction Coordination to lead a team of Development Coordinators and Construction Coordinators and to oversee training, workflow, and adherence to company policies and procedures.Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and manage project-related paperwork production for assigned portfolio(s).
  • Review weekly executed leases, amendments, letter agreements, and other legal documents to extract key information and maintain organized job folders and tracking tools.
  • Partner with the National Director to implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures that improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage reports in collaboration with the National Director.
  • Lead the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
  • Monitor team workload, prioritize assignments, and provide day-to-day guidance to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Review work output for quality, completeness, and compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare, issue, and track contractual paperwork and coordinate vendor certificates of insurance.
  • Process and track tenant reimbursement invoices and tenant allowances.
  • Process invoices, applications for payment, and retainage releases.
  • Manage new tenant and vendor setups.
  • Collaborate with Development, Construction, Accounting, and other teams to support project execution and resolve issues.
  • Support escalations, troubleshoot process issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal memorandums, notices, and letters, as needed.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. This individual must be highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a team effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; MRI experience is a plus.
  • Prior supervisory experience leading and developing a team.
