The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution Manager to join our central London hub office, supporting the Revenue teams of our global portfolio.

This is a group-wide role responsible for managing Lore Group's online distribution ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance across all channels while driving both direct and indirect bookings.

You'll play a key role in developing and optimising distribution strategy, implementing new channels and technologies, and ensuring best-in-class visibility across platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, GDS, and direct channels.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Manage and optimise all distribution channels (direct, OTAs, GDS) to maximise visibility and revenue
  • Ensure accurate rate and inventory management across all platforms via channel managers (e.g. SiteMinder, SynXis)
  • Maintain rate parity across third-party channels, protecting brand integrity
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners, including managing integrations and project delivery
  • Oversee ongoing optimisation of channel performance post-activation

Systems, Tools & Operations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for distribution systems including PMS, CRS, RMS and website
  • Support troubleshooting of connectivity issues with internal teams and external partners
  • Lead system enhancements, pilots and beta projects
  • Ensure hotel content (images, descriptions, amenities) is optimised across all platforms
  • Drive best practice processes across distribution systems and tools

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor key KPIs such as occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports on channel effectiveness
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiencies
  • Support budgeting decisions relating to distribution technology and partnerships

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Digital and Technology teams across the group
  • Build strong relationships with hotel teams and provide ongoing training and support
  • Manage relationships with OTAs, wholesalers, consortia and loyalty programme partners
  • Travel to properties as required to support performance and implementation

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in a distribution, channel management or revenue role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of the online travel ecosystem (OTAs, GDS, intermediaries)
  • Experience with hotel systems (e.g. SynXis, SiteMinder, PMS/CRS platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
