What to Expect
Schedule:
Shift: Part-Time - 6am - 430p Sat/Sun
Salary: $18.80 - $20.10 Based on Experience + 8% Weekend Premium

As a Hospital Distribution Technician you'll get to
  • Receive, prepare, and ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products, conducting a visual inspection of each product prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy.
  • Professionally and safely deliver products to Vitalant customers in company vehicle.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees.
  • Monitor all storage requirements, service equipment and vehicle work areas.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Six months of customer service experience required
  • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Able to lift 40lbs
