Hi there,
Interested in taking your administrative and operations skills to the next level? We're looking for a Distribution Operations Assistant II to join our team in Earlington, KY. If you're ready for a hands-on role where your attention to detail and organizational strengths will make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit for you.
About the Role
Join us onsite at the Earlington Operations Center, working 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday. This is a contract position where you'll play a key part in supporting daily operations, streamlining processes, and being the go-to contact for both management and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Manage work systems, reconcile materials, and support customer billing
  • Maintain budgets, process invoices, and prepare variance reports
  • Track and document employee records, training, and incident reports
  • Coordinate office supplies and call-in schedules
  • Draft correspondence for customers, employees, and vendors
  • Continuously improve administrative processes
  • Support management and staff with scheduling and meetings

Required Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with administrative tools (computers, copiers, etc.)

Preferred Skills
  • Prior knowledge of STORMS, CCS, VOLTS
  • Oracle experience (a plus, not required)
