We are seeking a proven Distribution Center General Manager to lead a large-scale, high-volume distribution operation supporting significant long-term network expansion. This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing multi-shift operations, large team leadership, continuous improvement initiatives, and upcoming WMS and automation transformation projects.   • Champion a strong safety-first and people-focused culture

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within a retail environment
  • Experience leading large-scale, high-volume distribution center operations
  • Strong multi-shift leadership experience
  • Proven success leading large teams through operational change and transformation
  • Experience with WMS platforms and/or major systems implementations
  • Exposure to Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle, or similar WMS platforms preferred
