Job description

Are you excited by the opportunity to open new routes to market for digital asset products and help scale them across a global organization. Do you combine strong commercial instinct with the ability to drive transversal change in a complex, regulated environment.
We are looking for a Digital Assets Distribution Manager to help build and scale the transversal distribution agenda for digital asset products across UBS.

This role is focused on turning tokenized products into credible, scalable commercial propositions across new and evolving market channels. It is not a pure product role. It sits much closer to distribution and sales enablement, while ensuring that learnings from the market are translated back into product and platform improvements.

The role combines two core responsibilities: first, building and accelerating distribution across internal and external channels; second, capturing market and channel feedback and turning it into practical recommendations for product, platform, and rollout readiness. Initial focus areas include the Tokenized Money Market Fund and tokenized structured products.
Your responsibilities:
You will:
own the transversal distribution plan for priority digital asset products, with an initial focus on tokenized money market funds and tokenized structured products
build and manage a market-facing channel pipeline across distributors, neobanks, neo-brokers / neo-traders, digital wealth platforms, and fintechs.

This reflects the current emphasis on building and strengthening both internal and partner-enabled distribution channels
develop your own view on channel strategy, market priorities, and rollout sequencing, and use that view to drive alignment and execution across businesses divisions.
work hands-on with product & sales teams from the business divisions, in particular Investment Bank and Asset Management, to help translate product availability into real market traction.
engage directly with external market participants to understand channel requirements, onboarding barriers, commercial realities, and adoption drivers. Partner with distributors, third-party channels, and engagement with ecosystem participants such as distributors, platforms, exchanges, and infrastructure providers
capture feedback from distributors, partners and market channels and translate it into clear recommendations for product, platform, and operating-model improvements
prepare and drive transversal rollout plans and decision materials across business, product, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology. Drive cross-divisional execution, coordination with control functions with the ability to influence without authority in complex governance environments
