Channel Account Manager
Radwell International LLC | Distribution Sales
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Radwell International is seeking a Channel Account Manager to manage and grow strategic manufacturer and distribution partner relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Radwell and assigned vendors while supporting sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across direct distribution programs.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional who enjoys collaborating with manufacturers, negotiating business terms, analyzing sales performance, and supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned manufacturer and distribution partner relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for vendor communications

• Support sales growth initiatives and execute programs designed to increase direct line revenue and profitability

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution partners

• Collaborate with internal Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful execution of partner programs

• Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews, analytics reports, and performance summaries for management and vendor partners

• Analyze sales, invoice, quote, and profitability data to identify growth opportunities and performance trends

• Maintain accurate pricing structures, price files, product content, and related vendor information

• Negotiate pricing, discounts, rebate agreements, and other commercial arrangements to maximize profitability

• Support promotional initiatives through marketing programs, product training, and sales campaigns

• Resolve vendor inquiries, concerns, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor market activity, product trends, and competitive information to identify new opportunities

• Develop recommendations to improve channel performance and partner engagement

• Travel periodically to meet with vendor partners and attend industry meetings or events

• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Physical Demands

• Primarily office-based role requiring extended computer usage

• Frequent walking and movement between departments

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $26.00–$36.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is eligible for a year-end bonus plan based on individual performance, departmental objectives, and company results.
