Job description

The Manager, Distribution Services leads financial management, operational reporting, compliance, and facility support activities across distribution operations. This role partners closely with third-party logistics providers and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong performance management. The position plays a key role in driving business results through financial planning, reporting, and process improvement. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead financial planning activities including AOP development, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial analysis.

  • Manage the invoicing lifecycle, including audits, reconciliations, issue resolution, and SAP processing.

  • Develop, monitor, and report KPIs related to operational performance, penalties, errors, and service trends.

  • Oversee CAPEX planning, fixed asset tracking, and compliance with asset management requirements.

  • Support facility-related cost management activities, including Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) expenses.

  • Create and track purchase orders while ensuring audit readiness and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operational finance functions.

  • Strong experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a financial or operational environment.

  • Advanced Excel, financial analysis, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
