Maintenance Technician 
Weekend Day Shift shift Friday–Sunday | 6:00am– 6:30pm
 $32–$35 per hour

Training will be completed on 1st or 2nd shift (Monday–Friday) with flexibility required until transition to the permanent weekend schedule.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a facility-focused industrial environment in Brownsburg, Indiana. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, powered equipment, and production support equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation.


Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on facility equipment, conveyors, lift trucks, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building systems.

This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, reliability, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all facility equipment in safe, operational condition

  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on:

    • Conveyor systems

    • Raymond electric lift trucks

    • Dock plates and trailer restraints

    • Overhead doors

  • Maintain and repair facility electrical systems (including 480V 3-phase)

  • Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC rooftop units (warehouse & office)

  • Perform plumbing repairs (commercial restroom fixtures)

  • Maintain large stationary air compressors and air distribution systems

  • Complete interior finish repairs including drywall and painting

  • Conduct general building and grounds maintenance

  • Utilize CMMS software and parts manuals to identify required parts

  • Follow all safety standards and procedures


Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in one or more of the following:

    • Conveyor systems

    • Raymond electric lift trucks

    • Industrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase)

  • Experience or willingness to train in:

    • Label applicators

    • Bar code scanners

    • Box erectors

    • Lift truck battery service

    • Dock equipment

    • Welding/Fabrication

    • HVAC systems

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Reliable attendance history

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance

  • Must supply own basic hand tools (specialized tools provided)

  • Must be willing to obtain certification to operate powered equipment
