  • Manage the storeโ€™s financial health by monitoring sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, customer satisfaction/retention, and handling P amp;L responsibility.
  • Adhere and comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations as established.
  • Maintain a strong relationship between the store and the surrounding community.
  • Utilize recruiting tools and sound interview techniques to build a strong team with high retention.
  • Develop employee schedules effectively to meet operational needs.
  • Set the example for exceptional customer service, to include appropriate resolution of customer complaints.
  • Maintain a safe workplace environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
  • Foster a positive store culture, treating teammates fairly and with respect.
  • Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
  • Maintain a strong relationship between the store and the surrounding community.
  • Hold store meetings as required.

  • Valid driver's license w/ safe driving record
