Job description

The Distribution Center Supervisor supports daily operations for a new upcoming repack and fulfillment facility near South Bend, IN. The Supervisor oversees hourly team members performing receiving, repack, quality, warehousing, and distribution activities. They ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution of work processes while coaching team members, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement.

The position reports to the Distribution Center Manager and plays a key role in maintaining smooth daytoday operations, supporting process improvements, and fostering a strong team culture.

Initial operations will typically run one day shift, Monday through Friday, but may change based on customer needs and program growth.

  • Verify work quality and adherence to customer specifications.

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity.
  • Use systems, scanners, and other technology effectively.
  • Enter data accurately and prepare reports as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Warehousing, kitting/repack, fulfillment, or distribution operations
  • Lead or supervisory role
  • Fastpaced production environment with shifting priorities
  • English language – verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred additional education preferred
  • Candidates must be willing and able to wear steeltoe safety boots as required in the facility.
