Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a specific area within our fulfillment center to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for our members. Responsibilities…
  • Provide coaching and training to hourly associates by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operational KPI metrics while implementing appropriate corrective action to ensure member orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other area managers to drive efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment center.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring associates are properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Participate in company initiatives and programs to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction.
  • Identify training and development needs while participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of hourly associates.
  • Support hourly associates with internal career growth through mentoring, professional development, and stretch assignments.
