We are seeking a proven Distribution Center General Manager to lead a large-scale, high-volume distribution operation supporting significant long-term network expansion. This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing multi-shift operations, large team leadership, continuous improvement initiatives, and upcoming WMS and automation transformation projects. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead day-to-day operations across a large-scale, multi-shift distribution center operation
  • Direct and develop a team of operational leaders
  • Drive operational excellence across inbound, outbound, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
  • Champion a strong safety-first and people-focused culture
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, productivity, labor optimization, and service levels
  • Partner cross-functionally with transportation, replenishment, engineering, planning, and supply chain leadership teams
  • Support future automation and operational transformation initiatives

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within a retail environment

  • Proven success leading large teams through operational change and transformation
  • Experience with WMS platforms and/or major systems implementations
  • Exposure to Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle, or similar WMS platforms preferred
