Lasko Products, a market leader in home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our Shipping team at our Fort Worth, TX distribution center. 

The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations of a high-volume distribution center, ensuring efficient execution of warehouse processes, inventory control, shipping accuracy, and workforce productivity. This position is responsible for leading and developing warehouse personnel while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Direct and develop distribution center staff through coaching, performance management, scheduling, and training initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, cost per unit (CPU), fill rates, on-time shipments, and budget targets.
  • Oversee receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory control processes, reducing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies related to workplace safety, security, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
