  • Gerer l'exploitation des magasins pour stimuler les ventes, controler les depenses, reduire les pertes et les dommages, y compris les activites relatives a la presentation de la marchandise, a l'entrepot, a l'aire des caisses, a la salle du coffre, au service a la clientele, aux demarques, a la planification, a l'expedition et a la reception.
  • Recruter, former et perfectionner les associes, en veillant a ce qu'ils soient soutenus et motives. Donner l'exemple et fournir des commentaires sur la planification de la releve et les plans de perfectionnement.
  • Communiquer et mettre en uvre les programmes, procedures et politiques de TJXCanada, afin de reduire les risques et les depenses. Examiner les rapports des magasins, effectuer des tournees d'inspection, des verifications et organiser des reunions sur les programmes avec les associes. Elaborer et diffuser des plans d'action pour les initiatives en magasin, en definissant les projets, les objectifs et les priorites a respecter.
  • Formuler des recommandations au directeur de district et aux equipes de developpement de l'entreprise sur l'assortiment de la marchandise, les niveaux des stocks et les donnees demographiques des clients. Jeter de la lumiere sur l'analyse de la concurrence, y compris la tarification, la presentation de la marchandise et le service a la clientele.
