A career as an Associate Vice-President, Insurance - Client Solutions and Advice within National Bank Insurance Solutions (NBIS) and National Bank Insurance Firm (NBIF) means acting as a strategic leader responsible for building and growing a new business unit dedicated to the unassigned individual insurance client segment. You will develop and mobilize a team of specialists, define business development strategies, and drive commercial performance through key performance indicators. Through your leadership, you will contribute directly to enhancing the client experience, advancing advisory excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sustainable growth and retention of the business portfolio.

Your Role
  • Drive sales growth within the unassigned client segment by defining segmentation strategies, commercial priorities, and business development initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a team of Financial Security Advisors by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Establish a high-performing inside sales model by optimizing processes, operational capacity, tools, and collaboration with business partners.
  • Deliver a proactive client experience by overseeing client follow-ups, insurance reviews, complex case management, and the identification of business opportunities.
  • Govern performance through key metrics, dashboards, and action plans aimed at continuously improving sales effectiveness and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, advisory quality standards, and internal policies through the implementation of controls, training programs, and corrective actions.
