Job description

Badger State Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for a full-time opportunity based in the Fox Valley. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse distribution processes. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Primary Duties:
  • Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to facilitate the movement of goods
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems
  • Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and securely
  • Conduct materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
  • Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proven experience in warehouse distribution with a strong understanding of order picking processes
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts
