AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our value adding Distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build wooden shipping crates to accurate dimensions using basic carpentry tools, including automated upcut saws and table saws.
  • Accurately process outgoing orders, ensuring proper fit, stability, and labeling of crated products.
  • Cut lumber and plywood to correct length and width specifications.
  • Safely load and organize outgoing shipments on designated trucks.
  • Receive, handle, and organize incoming materials with attention to inventory control and workstation cleanliness.
  • Maintain a well-organized work area and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute efficient and accurate workflows throughout the day.
  • Use power tools and equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, helping maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and cross-functional team needs.
  • Pay Rate: $17-$22
