Position Summary

Our team is partnering with a leading manufacturing ring organization in the Eldridge, IA area to hire an Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented profession who is looking to grow their administrative career within a fast-paced operations and shipping environment.
This role supports daily office operations, shipping documentation, reporting, data entry, and inventory-related administrative functions, with very little time on the plant floor. Manufacturing experience is aa plus but not required. Our client is willing to train candidates who possess strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support shipping operations by creating, assigning, and maintaining bills of lading and shipping documentation.
  • Utilize SAP and other business systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Create, run, troubleshoot, and distribute reports and data sets.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and quality assurance functions through accurate data entry.
  • Maintain office and operational supply inventories and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing and support customer and vendor account administration.
  • Maintain employee training records and procedural documentation.
  • Coordinate facility meetings, events, and administrative projects.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, typing, and mail distribution.
  • Assist in various departments with administrative needs and special projects.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
