The Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the chief facilitator for a newly forming Software Agile Release Train (ART). This role is accountable for establishing and maturing the ART operating model, enabling predictable delivery, improving flow, and orchestrating Program Increment (PI) execution across multiple Agile teams and shared services (Architecture, DevOps, Security, QA, Product, etc.).
