JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team. This key role involves scheduling equipment and drivers, servicing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment to customer job sites.
  • Service customer accounts, including creating new accounts and entering rental agreements.
  • Verify customer insurance compliance and ensure all required documentation is on file.
  • Work closely with customers to confirm order details, delivery times, and special requirements.
  • Monitor and coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activity and job tickets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety policies.
  • Utilize dispatch software and GPS systems to track and optimize fleet activity.

Qualifications:

  • Prior dispatch experience in the equipment rental, logistics, or construction industry is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
