Do you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping the day moving smoothly? Join Augusta Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning as our Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative.
What you'll do
โ€ข Answer inbound calls and deliver friendly, professional service
โ€ข Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians
โ€ข Keep job details accurate and up to date in our system
โ€ข Data entry work including requesting permits, warranties and rebates.
What you bring
โ€ข 1+ year in dispatch, admin, or customer service
โ€ข Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
โ€ข Organized, calm under pressure, and able to shift gears quickly
โ€ข Home service or HVAC/plumbing experience is a plus, not required.
