What you will do:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
  • Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
  • Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
  • Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
  • Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

 

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of dispatch experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.

Schedule: Full-time, Flexible Generally 8-5 with some weekend and 5-8 ad hoc basis
