- Manage daily transportation operations using GPS, dispatch, and communication systems.
- Coordinate dispatcher and driver assignments, route coverage, and schedule adjustments.
- Communicate route changes, delays, emergencies, and operational updates.
- Monitor driver attendance and staffing levels.
- Ensure all routes are staffed and operating according to schedule.
- Track vehicle availability and coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding repairs and inspections.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, reports, and operational records.
- Respond to accidents, breakdowns, weather events, and service disruptions.
