Job description

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent experience
• 3 years' experience in the HVAC industry
• Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
• Knowledge of computer technology including Word, Excel, and e-mail
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able and willing to work flexible hours as needed
Responsibilities:
• Dispatch heating and air conditioning service calls in the most efficient manner
• Request and schedule yearly heat and air conditioning preventative maintenance with customers
• Maintain tune up schedule and calendar for Customer Care
• Monitor callbacks
• Work with Customer Care and coordinate scheduling
• Work directly with Home Services team to schedule service work and assign personnel
• Schedule second visits to complete service work while technician is on site
• Communicate with customers to make arrangements to complete requested work
• Communicate with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Issue purchase requisitions for service technicians as needed
• Provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure
• Utilize the dispatch board in Cargas to its full capabilities
• Monitor and maintain GPS metrics
• Maintain inventory transactions, purchase orders, receiving, inventory movement, and EDI.
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the Home Services General Manager
Authority:
• Prioritize service requests
• Finalize arrangements with the customers to enter the property and notify the Service Technician
• Recommend personnel needs and/or actions to the Operations Manager of Home Services
• Not authorized to bind the company in any contract
