What You'll Do:
  • Supervise all Plumbing activities.
  • Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
  • Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
  • Manage a P&L; responsible for department hitting revenue and gross operating profit budget targets
  • Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews
  • Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs get sent to right calls
  • Create technician work schedule
  • Review and approve department payroll
  • Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
  • Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment
  • Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures.

What You Need:
  • At least 5 years of Plumbing experience, 2 years minimum managing a plumbing team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies
  • Must be familiar with using technology systems in an office environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
