  • Stay Compliant: Audit driver logs and Hours of Service (HOS) for 100% DOT compliance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 5 years of transportation dispatch experience, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role (Passenger/charter bus experience is a huge plus).
  • Tech & Local Savvy: Proficient with GPS tracking/routing software and possess strong geographic knowledge of the greater Houston area.
  • Cool Under Pressure: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to stay calm and focused when things move fast.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License required; Class A or B CDL with a Passenger Endorsement is preferred.

Quick Details

  • Schedule: Flexible
  • On-Call: Sometimes
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 4 dispatchers and support our local driver pool.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of 28 dollars per hour, based on experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance & 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • A stable, high-energy environment with a growing, premium company
