As a Security Officer - Dispatch Driver in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer at a leading aero and defense location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. In this dynamic role, you will help to deter incidents through strong awareness, customer service, and teamwork while reflecting our values of reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.80 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely relay of information to security-related personnel, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining accurate logs, incident details, and status updates for security-related operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, track officer activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity through consistent communication and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Security-related experience of 2+ years is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
