$125,000–$150,000+ annually

What You'll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team while creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all daily fixed operations and service department performance
  • Drive sales, gross profit, technician productivity, and customer retention
  • Manage shop workflow, dispatching, and repair order efficiency
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Improve CSI scores while minimizing comebacks
  • Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Monitor technician productivity and department profitability
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership performance
  • Maintain manufacturer warranty compliance and dealership operating standards
  • Develop strategies to grow service traffic and increase department revenue
  • Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
  • Previous Automotive Service Manager experience preferred
  • Infiniti or Nissan experience is a plus, but experienced managers from any franchise are encouraged to apply
  • Experienced Service Advisors ready for a management opportunity are welcome to apply
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven success increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability
  • Experience dispatching technicians and managing shop operations
  • Knowledge of dealership DMS systems and manufacturer warranty procedures
  • Valid driver's license
