  • Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers
  • Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures
  • Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives
  • Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels
  • Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
  • Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth
  • Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
