  • Coordinate schedule with Rivian customers and provide the best service experience possible. Address any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate and partner with Rivian Service centers and/or 3PLs to provision parts, materials, and/or vehicles as necessary.
  • Drive excellent performance for Rivian service partners and internal teams.

  • Develop skills to begin executing more advanced procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including rotating weekend/on-call coverage

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience dispatching for a company focused in Service Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, or Transportation
  • Proven professional experience utilizing various computer systems such as, G-mail, Google sheets, Docs, Slides Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ETC.
  • Skills demonstrating the ability to confirm, reassure, or resolve customer concerns, issues, or apprehensions
  • Project coordination/management experience in construction, charging installation, or similar a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/FSL a plus
  • Must obtain current valid driver’s license
  • Ability to sit or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry 5-10lbs
