We are looking for a Full Time Truck Dispatacher that is committed to WVEI’s quality of work and commitment to safety. WVEI’s Full Time Dispatcher will work in an office setting at our Oklahoma  City, OK location.  This is a safety sensitive position.

Dispatcher expectations:

  • Ability to Multitask Efficiently
  • Excellent Record Keeping Skills
  • Process fuel receipts thru various recordkeeping systems
  • Assist with Billing in NetSuite-- NetSuite Knowledge a plus
  • Create Bills of Ladings in NetSuite
  • Map out jobs and calculate freight rates
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Monitor emails and respond accordingly
  • Dispatch/ Monitor Drivers
  • Samsara knowledge a plus
  • Check fuel receipts against other records
  • Work weekends
