Committed to delivering top-tier service to our communities, customers, and employees, the Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently managing resources, responding to immediate needs, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities1. Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations as per predetermined schedules, customer requests, or urgent requirements.

2. Facilitating the relay of crucial information such as work orders, messages, or updates between work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, and emergency personnel.

3. Utilizing telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to promptly communicate with employees or emergency responders, ensuring swift response and action.

4. Collaborating with supervisors or customers to address issues, fulfill service requests, or allocate necessary equipment or resources.

5. Preparation of daily work schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to operational timelines.

6. Generating work orders for crews or receiving work orders from field teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

7. Overseeing communications within assigned company territories, fostering effective coordination and collaboration.

8. Maintaining organized records of work requests, customer interactions, completed tasks, service charges, expenses, inventory, and other pertinent information.

9. Fulfilling any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational efficiency and excellence.
