We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our Customer Service Team at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning. This position is designed for proactive professionals who are eager to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations, manage the dispatch board, and maximize efficiency. You’ll work hand-in-hand with internal teams to set our technicians up for success every day, juggling shifting priorities and resolving customer inquiries efficiently while upholding our values of reliability and excellence in customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the dispatch board to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, urgency, and location
  • Coordinate and schedule sold work (installations, repairs, and projects)
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with care
  • Accurately document and update all job information in ServiceTitan
  • Support field teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both with customers and internal teams)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain clean organized office environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay effective as priorities shift throughout the day
