GENERAL FUNCTION

The Disney Full-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for writing, picking/filling, and delivering sunglass orders to Disney stores and resort locations throughout the Orlando area. This role serves as the primary transporter of product from the local FGX warehouse to Disney properties while ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of merchandise. The role operates a company-provided vehicle and supports inventory management, warehouse operations, and compliance with Disney transportation, appearance, safety, and conduct standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Write, pick, and deliver sunglass orders on Disney property
• Utilize internal inventory systems to create orders and invoices within FGX systems
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for accounting and billing purposes
• Operate company delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
• Maintain inventory levels within stores and the local FGX warehouse
• Complete inventory counts and audits as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow Disney appearance, conduct, and operational guidelines
• Work independently while managing assigned routes and responsibilities
• Support the service team and assist with additional operational tasks as needed
• Perform responsibilities in various weather conditions
• Support evolving business needs as responsibilities may change over time
• Work weekends and some holidays as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with Disney conduct standards
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20–25 pounds
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours
• Willingness to work most weekends and some holidays
• Basic computer and/or smartphone proficiency
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous delivery driving, warehouse, merchandising, or inventory management experience
• Experience working within retail, hospitality, or theme park environments
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams
