At Nashville Record Pressing, we take pride in producing high-quality vinyl records for artists and labels worldwide. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Final Product Inspector to join our team in the Sleeving, Assembly, and Packaging departments. If you have a sharp eye for detail, previous experience in quality control, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of a team that ensures every vinyl record leaving our facility is flawless.

  • Reduce Errors: Catch errors early by reviewing products carefully for scratches, incorrect assembly, or any visual flaws before they leave the facility.
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with the production and assembly teams to understand label instructions and ensure quality specifications are consistently met.

What We?re Looking For:

  • Hands-On Quality Control Experience: Prior experience in a quality control role, particularly in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging environments (not tech/IT-related QA).

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively work with the team to address any quality issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall product standards.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a passionate, detail-oriented team in a supportive and energetic environment.
  • Growth Opportunities: Nashville Record Pressing offers room for advancement and development in quality control and production management.
